Milo2 Games is an independent game development startup operated by Muhammad Hassaan Zamir, based in Karachi, Pakistan. We are an individual/startup, not a registered corporation.
We develop and publish mobile games, including Jet Fighter Game: Warplanes, available on the Google Play Store, and operate the website milo2.com along with related services including our support chat at chat.milo2.com.
This Privacy Policy applies to all Milo2 products and services including our mobile games, website, and support systems. By using any of our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Cookies & Local Storage
Our website and support chat use browser localStorage to remember your session (e.g. your name and open ticket ID) so you don't need to re-enter your details on return visits. No tracking cookies are placed without consent.
How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect only for the following purposes:
- Game functionality — operating leaderboards, saving scores, enabling core gameplay features
- Customer support — responding to tickets, resolving issues, sending ticket confirmation emails
- App improvement — analysing crash reports and usage patterns to fix bugs and improve performance
- Advertising — showing relevant ads within the game via Unity Ads, in future Google AdMob (see Section 4)
- Analytics — understanding how players use our games to make them better via Firebase Analytics
- Communications — sending you transactional emails (e.g. support ticket confirmation) when you opt in
- Legal compliance — meeting our obligations under applicable law

Advertising & Analytics
In-Game Advertising (Unity)
Our free games display advertisements provided by Unity Ads Or Admob. Unity may collect your device's advertising ID and other data to serve personalised ads. You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time:
- On Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID
- Via Google's ad settings: adssettings.google.com
If you opt out, you will still see ads — they just won't be personalised based on your interests.
Firebase Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how players interact with our games. This data is anonymised and aggregated. We track events such as app opens, session length, and feature usage. We do not track personally identifiable information through analytics.
Website Analytics (Google Tag Manager)
Our website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our marketing. This helps us understand how visitors find our website and games.
Children's Privacy
Our games are rated 3+ on the Google Play Store and are designed to be appropriate for players of all ages, including children.
We design our data collection practices to be compliant with:
- COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act — USA)
- GDPR-K (GDPR provisions for children — European Union)
- Google Play's Families Policy
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us without your consent, please contact us at info@milo2.com and we will delete the information promptly.
Data Retention
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected:

Data Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect the data we collect:
- All data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS / TLS
- Firebase database access is protected by Firebase Security Rules
- Support ticket data is stored in Google Firebase's Europe West 1 data centre
- We do not store passwords — email is used for identification only in the support system
- API keys are never exposed in client-side code
In-App Purchases
Our games may offer in-app purchases processed entirely through the Google Play Store. We do not collect, process, or store any payment card information.
- All payment transactions are handled by Google Play's secure payment system
- We receive only a transaction confirmation (not your card details)
- Refund requests for in-app purchases must be submitted through Google Play
